Despite the proximity to the turbulent city of Berlin, the house is located in a quiet and natural area, just a short distance from the former "Berlin Wall".

The house is easily accessible via the A10 motorway, the so-called Berliner Ring, and the four-lane national road B5, to reach in just a few minutes.

From here it is not far to the center of Berlin or Potsdam.
